This hotel is a little gem, nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family. Isabelle on reception is always smiling, David from the entertainment team is hilarious and a good sport, also the girls in the restaurant are superb. The food is good, a great selection, and the chef who cooks the omelettes and bacon is super friendly and funny. There are no negative comments for this hotel, even the maids do a great job, well worth a visit

The hotel is lovely. The staff will bend backwards to make your stay a happy one. The dining experience is wonderful. Good quality food. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely use a RH hotel to stay again in benidorm .

"lovely friendly hotel very clean and tidy, i used the gym and the pool both were to a good standard. I could not fault any of your staff, All your staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance from the sea front, but far enough away so not to noisy. We will defiantly book to stay with you again. "

Number 1 hotel in Benidorm, This hotel is fantastic the location is great and close to both the old town and the newer part of Benidorm. Rooms and corridor is fully carpeted which makes a great difference in both comfort and noise reduction. All staff on reception, restaurant and Bar are very polite and attentive. Food is good quality and there's something for everybody. Entertainment hosted by David is very good, David is the ultra professional. Pool area gets bathed in the sun all day. Will be returning to this hotel in the future. Food & drinks: The hotel offers an upgrade for all-inclusive customers to the gold wrist band. Be smart and upgrade, this will get you premium drinks.
